This new creation was me expressing my emotions by the sad news of Bill Cunningham’s death the fashion photographer who I adored and had followed his career through my teenage and adult life. I love fashion and photography and Bill’s work was captivating and stunning. The colours I used represent past tones used by designers from their collections that he captured in his work. The blue is distinctive as that was the colour of the jacket he wore, that he bought from a local hardware store to protect his own jackets from being worn from his camera strap.

I will miss the humble irreplaceable talent of Mr Bill Cunningham!
